1) 10 pulls just guarantee one card will have SR rarity. For more specifics you'd need to know the rng formula they use at type moon. My guess is it goes: servant or CE number generated (if it's above a certain level using an rng formula it is a servant if not a CE), Rarity determiner (for one card it's set to be higher than the minimum SR value), and a final determiner to check if it is going to be an SR or an SSR. That's just a guess though. The 4 star can be a servant or a CE though but CEs are just more in number and thus more readily available to pull.
2) First it applies any buffs and boosts to attack to the base attack. Then the Buster boost to attack from having a buster card first (20% if it's a buster chain). Lastly any specific card type boosts are added additively to the 20%. The total buster boost is multiplied to the attack boost. Buffs of the same type are always additive and of different types are multiplicative. And in a buster chain it's always a flat 20% increase to attack for doing the buster chain.
3) There will definitely be. There is just no way of knowing when. Best guess could be made from checking the Cirnopaedia page that has the JP schedule on it
