Easily assuming you have proper farming teams (6+ bonus on storm nodes) and at least a 120 ap cap (for the sake of clearing 40 ap nodes 3 times in a sitting).

Getting her ascension mats in a 6 day span is VERY doable and her NP5 is by far the easiest to obtain in Pt.2 (they also give you summ tickets for a tiny amount of AP). Your only concern is completing Pt.1 to unlock storm nodes to farm efficiently which should take about 2-3 days without the use of apples (7 structures a day minimum).

Bell-Ringing branch = 300x4 = 1200 total currency used for all 4
Storm node drops w/ 6+ bonus = ~100 currency per 40AP
120AP per Bell-Ringing Branch = 480AP for max ascension Shishou
Gold Apples needed = 3 if AP bar is already maxed (4-5 factoring drop RNG)

Pt.2
This should take you another 2 days to finish for permanently adding shishou to the party. Her NP mats come to you in the form of daily quests that pop up at different nodes throughout the island. You can easily attain NP5 with ~60AP and in a sitting.

DO NOT be afraid to use apples. You'll get more than enough apples to complete both parts of this event a few times over and this is great if you're rushing to get sh*t done! If you don't wanna stress out on it too much (or if you have IRL duties that would otherwise keep you off that track, just use this as a reference);
Spend <2 days completing pt. 1
Spend ~1 day farming ascension mats (480AP) pt. 1
Spend <2 days completing pt. 2
Spend your remaining time farming mats
Event ends, NP5 Shishou, a few ascension items in the bag
