You can't get tips on the gacha, it's unpredictable. Sometimes you'll get a SSR with only a ticket or more than one in a single multi-roll, sometimes you won't anything but black keys and spooks for months.

Just save up if you're f2p, roll on the banners you want most and pray to whatever gods you have.

There are no tips in getting servant you simply Roll and hope and you get one.
But there are some trick that other player you uses.
Like summoning in the Friend Point Gacha again and again until they get two 3 Star servant and then roll on the banner they want.
There's also this belief about summoning right after the maintenance ended.
And Finally the Supper Success and Great Success trick. If they get one of those after enhancing a CE or Servant they summon on the banner they want. <-- don't try this one right now...
It's up to you believe in this tricks or not.
If you need freind.
You can add me If you want.
Though im not very strong.

Grab Musashi and Okita from friend list, just post on here and ask for them, people usually add you. There are no tips to get servants, just keep rolling and hope to get lucky. In the meantime, level some three stars, there are quite a few really good ones.

I'm afraid there is nothing you can do about it. Good example is my last gacha experience. Tried to get Merlin on his banner failed. Used 180 sq I saved and bought the 2 x maximum amount you can get for your money. Haven't gotten anything good out of it.

On the other hand got Musashi with only 1 multi roll. Gacha is a cruel cruel game.

Gacha is cold and cruel. Personally, the only "trick" I do are catalysts like burning 20 copies of Kojiro before getting Musashi on my 4th ticket lmao

Her third skill isn't fully maxed yet but the other two are and she's grailed to Lv. 100 so I hope she'll be a helpful support!

My friend's also got a Mordred if you find her deck to be more flexible. Her NP also deals bonus damage to Lancer Artoria and is an effective farmer.

I hope to have helped and goodluck on future banners!

The only surefire way to get a 5* is to pay for SQ to roll the GSSR. It costs cash (obviously) but you will definitely get a 5* servant. If it's you're lucky roll, you might even get more than one.

Asides from that, you can only rely on luck.

If you decide to pay for the GSSR though I would recommend trying to go for Waver rather than a Saber. If you go for Saber, you'd still be lacking when it comes to other classes. If you manage to get Waver you can use him to support just about any Servant, so you can pick whatever class you need from your Friend List and pair them up with Waver. Though getting Waver from the Caster Banner is still just a 33% chance, given that you may end up with Tamamo or Sanzang.

Not sure if you have the right Servants to support him but I do have an NP2 Saber Lancelot, level 80 (haven't decided if I wanna gra him to 90 just yet) with skills at 8/8/7.

If you have a Hans to boost his Crit Damage (and his ATK with Hans' NP if it hits) and a Caesar to boost his ATK, NP Damage, and Crit Damage, you may be able to beat Lartoria before she wipes out the party with a bit of luck.

If you haven't done so already, roll in the Guaranteed SSR banner that's going on now. It does require paid quartz, however, you get much more value out of it than buying quartz and trying your luck. Use the summon simulator on this website to see what I mean.

well, i also like that when first playing fgo, especially because i'm f2p player. Maybe this is not a tips because gacha is still being gacha :,) but maybe the most reliable trick that get work on me (to get at least 4* servant) is the Friend point. this work a lot for me to get a lot of 4* and some 5*
- do the FP gacha until you get a 3* Ce and servant. for me, it will work if you at least get one 3* ce and one 3*s servant but please try to get the servant more.
- and this is additional but I found this quite useful(?) too. try to get some 2* assassin, rider, or caster beside the 3* star. especially if they appeared last (maybe in 8-10 line in 10 roll).
- then do the SQ gacha that you want, i recommend to avoid the story gacha and do on another banner cause the rate up is different
- if you have some ticket just try it first and if the first to come was 4* CE or servant then the FP trick Work!

Then, I hope this help you to get 5* servant and this get worked on you! good luck!

Errrr.. the salt is real. 😅 You can try the tricks they have posted which is the FP gatcha trick where you will summon on the banner you wanted if at least 3 or more servants appeared on the FP summon and the After Maintenance Summon. Works wonders to me from time to time since I am also F2P aside from the Gssr. And do some chanting of the Servant's name when doing the 10x summon. 😂😂

I spent my first four months without an SSR dude, it’s literally all luck except if you roll on the guaranteed gacha but even then you don’t have a guarantee on who you get specifically. If it makes you feel better, since it is all about luck you can expect it to also go the other way. Yeah my first four months had shit luck honestly but for instance this past summer was great on me with getting SSRs left and right in just a few tickets each. Not saying you’ll experience that but I’m trying to make a point that luck truly is random and can change at a moment’s notice. And no, you don’t need an SSR, you really don’t. Are they nice to have? Sure, but they really aren’t a necessity and there are SR and below servants that can do the same roles, sometimes even better, albeit with lower stats. Appreciate what you have, it’s all you can do to not go insane in this gacha hell.

I feel you bruh, when I started on this game at first I was only after the storyline and as I roll every sqs that I got from doing quests and daily log ins, I never got a single ssr servant. When I finally cleared solomon on that first account of mine (even used those 7 tix and got nothing except 4* CEs), I decided to reroll a new account and aim to get Heracles as my starter 4* servant. When Musashi's banner was released, I got like 60 sqs and 12 summoning tix and decided to use all of them to atleast get any 5* servant, not caring if its Musashi or not then BOOM, on my first tix roll, Musashi came out :D

P.S. I waited for Ishtar banner to came out back again and at that time I got 142 sqs saved and 12 tix left since I didn't roll again after I got Musashi and guess what? I got spooked by Atalante, I did got caster gil also tho and later on saberlot which is a good combo.

And Also if your going to add someone as friend. Do tell us your IGN.
I can't tell which is yours among the seven new Players who added me.

You need to save for more SQs, at least 300 SQs and a few tickets. Sometimes it takes more than that and sometimes you get random Gold servants from random roll.
At least you can hope and luck can't be tamed.

Well, I'm at Lvl. 104 and hadn't got 1 5-Star servant until the new year banner, where I spend some money on. I got myself Jack and I'm happy about it. (In Japan, I have about 5 or 6 5-Stars, without spending a penny there. Somewhat frustrating)
I don't want to sound bragging and I feel with you about not having a 5-Star. So, I offer you my support for Camelot.

I have been playing since the end of October/start of November and I have been able to get 2 five stars. I got Enkidu while unsuccessfully trying to roll for Medusa Lancer and I got Jeanne D'Arc trying for Jack the Reaper during the Guarenteed 5* campaign.

Honestly, the only way to get a 5* is either to do the Paid Guarenteed Gotcha (2 times a year) or do a LOT of saint quarts summons. Eventually you will get your five star. Each saint quarts roll has a 1% chance of a 5 star servant. You can use these formula determine how many times you need to do the gatcha to get a certain chance at summoning a 5 star servant.

To find your chance for a set number of rolls:
X=[1-(0.99^Y)]
X=Percentage of getting a 5* servant in decimal form (ie 55%=0.55)
Y=Number of gotcha summons

To find the number of rolls to get a set chance (in decimal form) for a set number of rolls
Y={[ln(1-X)]/[ln(0.99)]}
X=Percentage of getting a servant in decimal form
Y=Number of rolls

Using this forumula you had 102 sq, so you made 34 rolls

X=(1-0.99^34)=0.289

So you only had 28.9% chance of getting a five star. Slightly more than one in four people will get a 5* doing that many summons. If you want a 90% chance of getting a 5* you need to roll 230 times (ie use 690 saint quarts)

Y={[ln(1-.9)]/[ln(0.99)]}=229.1

Though do note that 1 out of 10 people will still not get a 5* even after 230 rolls.

Overall after spending 207 sq will give you a 50% chance. After 300sq you will have a 63.4% chance. After 414 sq you will have a 75% of having at least summoned 1 five star.

I think the best strategy is to look up upcoming fgo banners and find a certain rate up servant you want and save like 300-600 sq and all the summoning tickets you can get till then, and then use them all at one time. That is my plan for getting Nero.

Anyway, Good Luck summoning!
