I spent 30 quartz and 16 tickets on the banner but didn't get any event CE's. Should I just ignore the event shop and grind out the lottery or try for the shop?
Lottery is more lucrative. Lots of QP, lots of Friend Point, Golden Embers, Mana Prisms...those cursed medals and lanterns...
Oh, but you can still farm medals with friend support units having MLB CEs, I do that for the golden medal node (the only one I lack...), alongside 4 drop petal CE.
Depends entirely on what you need and how far you want to go in the event. Joint recital CEs makes clearing the lottery much easier.
I got 3 3* howls from FP gacha and 1 more from regular gacha (nothing useful otherwise). Keep rolling FP you get from lottery to get those 3* CEs. Be on the lookout for non-friends with MLB 5* gold medal CEs. I just run with those when not farming petals. A couple accepted my friend request, which made it a little more efficient.
