Lottery rolling after event

Can i roll the lottery after the event ends like how you can still exchange at the event shop? I've already finished 6 boxes plus my storage & inbox dont have much space left. I intend to focus on farming first rather than manage all the single exp cards. Also, there might be success chance up afterwards(does any one know)?
