Keep or reroll?

I started the game a few days ago. On my first account I got Carmilla as my guaranteed 4*, then I got Mordred and a bunch of 5* CEs (Kaleidoscope, 2030, Another Ending, Grand New Year), all in single summons. I kept the code and password, then I rerolled. In the free roll, I got Stheno first and was ready to start over, but then I also got D'Eon and Emiya in the same roll. Should I keep this one, the other one, or just keep rerolling for Herc? I don't mind rerolling at all, I find it entertaining actually.
EDIT: I also managed to pull Saber Alter with a ticket on the Mordred account
EDIT 2: Also through ticket summons, my Saber Alter is now NP 2, I got Frankenstein and I got Lancer Alter in a single summon

Ideally, you would rr for Herc as the 4 star + any five star. Bonus points for Weaver, which is IMO the best 5 star you can get atm. Your first account looks pretty solid though. Carmilla is a good assassin ATM and 4 5 star CEs plus a 5 star servant is a pretty good start. Just bear in mind that summoning odds in this game are pretty low, so if you don't get what you want at the very beginning you may never get it, so rerolling for what you really want is best.

I take it you're thinking of the 10Million Downloads Campaign? Because right now, there is no way to roll a 5star servant on tutorial.

Your first account is amazing tbh. That said, this game is easy to clear with 3* servants so you should reroll for servants you LIKE, and not for servants that are "better". The difference between having all the best servants vs a few mediocre ones isn't enough to justify using servants you like less over ones you like more.

as someone who kept d'eon on a friends' advice and then had another friend restart recently and catch me after rolling herc i can say there's a big difference between having and not having herc. My herc friend effortlessly smashes through story missions and dailies while I've had the pleasure of learning all the game's many systems [cspells, teams, 3* only strats, quartzing when i fail, relying heavily on friends' supports like altera] in pursuit of the same goal.

My best servant right now is a saber alter or maybe the welfare santa alter I got because unlike d'eon they actually do damage [sorta, if they dont have to fight a resistant enemy].

Your first roll is a lot better than mine, kaleidoscope is something I've started to wish I had more and more because firing off NPs in the first round of hard fights is something everyone wants to do eventually, mord and alter together might be enough firepower to make up for the loss of herc but it's important to keep in mind herc is strong vs everything so his consistent damage output is always helpful, alter's damage is very spiky if you're expecting her to build up NPs and fire them.

You're grossly overestimating how important Herc is. I didn't start with him and cleared through Septem (thats all that we had at launch) easily.

I got him when we got to choose a free 4*, but all he does for me is make easy fights a bit faster. I don't even take him to the toughest fights because arts teams are much safer. (though when I get his bond CE I'll want to try soloing some stuff with him)

This is, of course, on top of the fact that all story content so far is incredibly easy and can be cleared with "bad" teams. The only hard fights we get are the challenges at the end of events, and as I said before arts teams are much safer and more reliable for those.
