Just some silly questions.

(I am Vietnamese, my English may be wrong)
1) I really want J-alter, and I spend more than 120 SQ and more than 50$ and still no luck. But the strange thing is after that, I fell nothing about her not go to my Chaldea. Am I so despair that I fell like that?

2) Who is the big sister, Illya (Illyasviel von Einzbern) for being a 5 star servant or Kuro (Chloe von Einzbern) for be in Tier 1 and Illya only Tier 5

3) Which will give more NP gain, BQA or ABQ?
I think Burst card first will make Art card have more damage, and more damage mean more NP.
But most people I ask said ABQ because it will increase NP gain for 2 cards after it.
Or is it depend on servants like some will have more NP gain the more damage he deal with Art card and some the other way?
An example is that: I use Lu bu. In NP chain with Lu Bu's Art card last; my Lu Bu gain about 30% (inclue 20% bonus), but another time my first card is Burst from other Servant and Lu Bu's Art card last, he gain more than 20%. I don't remember the enemy and other detail so it might be just my imagination

4) Are there any mistake in my English so far?

1. It may be better that you feel nothing then the opposite. I mean it could make you want to spend more money on Jalter or less money so it's hard to say. I spent 80$ and 300+ quartz to fail to summon nero bride and I certainly felt bad so idk.
2. Kuro is the younger sister and illya is the bigger sister. Kuro is just like an emiya with illya's looks but not her shit deck/skills LUL.
3, ABQ because the np gain from an attack is not based on the damage. The actual formula is a bit complex to explain but its essentially based on the servant's np gain/hit + which card is used. For instance buster gives 0 np always unless it comes after an arts card. The first card used imparts its special card types traits to the next 2 cards with the second card imparting theirs to the third card. I.e BQA would have the next two cards deal more damage but not increase np gain however, AQB would have the arts np gain buff up for the next two cards at cost of increased damage.
