According to the guide the most difficult 40 ap quest had the highest drop rate. However the drop rate is still only 2% there.

😱I don’t remember where I got my 5th copy. I think it was the Herc challenge quest actually lol!
If anything farm the 40 quest that drops what you need and I’m sure it’ll pop up! (Though I have high luck with CE drops and can’t speak for others ...)

I got most of my copies on both the Hero and Conqueror nodes. Just don't think about them too much and prioritize farming petals and medals, and you'll get them eventually :)

Yep, what the others said. Got my 1 drop from Conquerer and 2 from Hero-difficulty.
