Save them, there is a difference but nothing major. Get them other Servants.

Is jalter np2 worth it
So I already had jalter from the first time she was in a banner but I was wondering if it was worth it getting her to np2? Is it that big a difference in dmg? There are other servants I want to roll for in the future (maybe merlin, probably musashi) so I was just wondering if I should save for them or just get jalter np2. I have about 700 quartz and 35 tickets right now.

I would say, keep your saving. There's Musashi, Hassan and broken Memerlin.
Though, i prefer Jalter Buster Crit style more. NP2 Jalter is not recommended, unless she is your waifu.
Same with my Gil, i know Gil NP 2 hits like a truck but more supp or utility is preferable.
