When’s jack the ripper’s next solo rate up? When I looked at the jp banner list, I always see her in banners with other five stars on rate up.
I don't think she has a solo rate-up.
The best chances to get her(that I'm aware of) are this Valentines (though she shares her rate-up day with MHXA) or the Class Summoning Banner a few months from now where she and other Assassins share the spotlight with the Extra classes (Ruler and Avenger)
She has one in November.
Or to be more accurate she doesn't have a SOLO banner, but she does have a banner she shares with Astolfo. Since Astolfo is a 4* this means they aren't competing with each other and for all intents and purposes it gives you the same chance of getting her as if it was a solo banner.

EDIT: This is assuming they follow the JP schedule. They could change things and skip the event but that holds true when looking at any JP event in the future.
