Is it possible to clear all event missions without Golden Apples?

I wasted all of my GA on summer event and all 4 apples from event missions and now I'm wondering that should I use SQ or not?
I don't need Crystallized Lore so much, my only goal is to get Kuro 4 asc&NP5.

Oh, and I have completed 58 missions and I've finished the main story of the event

Of course it is. If you followed the Walkthrough, you should have Chloe's asc mats by now. NP5 is no biggie either. Also, you'll need Crystallized Lore. Can't say no to them, must have for me.

I mean: I know how important for the game is to have CLs but if I had to choose between 'full" Kuro and CLs I'd go for Kuro.
I'm really unlucky in the gacha and I don't have any servant good enough to make his/her skills 10/10/10.
And I've updated the question - atm 58/100 :d

It’s possible if you follow the event walkthrough and don’t spend too much time with a full ap bar. Personally I would say to use 1-2 quartz to refill your energy if that’s all you need to get the crystallized lore since it is a limited resource which you eventually need

Since event started I didn't have my AP bar full for any second, it's alwyas regenerating :D
So... just keep playing until there'll be 2-3 to event's end, then use 1-2 SQ?

If you never had your ap bar full then you should easily be able to get the lore without spending any quartz. I think I read on the walkthrough somewhere that you would have about 160 or something AP leftover. If you don’t end up having enough AP I would say wait till the last few hours just to make sure your natural AP regen isnt enough before using quartz to refill. Also getting NP 5 Chloe is on the way of getting the crystallized lore so you don’t really need to choose between the two. (Unless you want to stop doing missions after getting NP 5 Chloe but you should have enough ap to do it all without quartz)

Agreed. As a beginner I thought I would never get skills up to lvl 10 because I needed all the material for ascensions so why struggle for the CLs. Now I have almost 40 servants maxed leveled and can work on skills and am glad I did get most of the CLs. Cu is hard to kill with lvl 1 skills, but is so much harder to kill with a 5 turn cool down the 3 hit evade and 7 turn cool down on 5 turn guts that you get at lvl 10. He almost never looses hp anymore, it's great!

So prepare for the future and get the CLs if you can.
