Issue Transfer question
Should I issue a transfer number in case of emergency i.e. breaking or losing phone or does backing up and restoring from back up circumvent the need to issue number?

You should definitely issue a code because using a backup of the phone will not give you your save info.

It could be possible it their 1st time playing movile device games and unaware about the transfer code, or their just risk takers for unexplained reasons.
