With the Fate/Accel Zero event coming up, I'm trying to decide what to do with my Quartz. I've yet to pick up any Riders that I've felt worthy of pouring my resources into. Somehow, the only 4/5* Rider I've picked up is Saint Martha, who I'm not excited to use seeing as I already have Nightingale & Tamamo-no-Mae to serve as healers.
So, could Iskandar end up being worth the Quartz?
I think he will be A Tier : he is build towards destroying everything with brute force. All his skills raise his attacks : Charisma, Tactics and a Mana Brust-like. His NP is AoE with a defense debuff for the overcharge effect.
He lacks defensive tools and it may take long to reach 100% NP (similar to Santa Alter if you want to compare).
I have already Drake, NP2 with a 10/10/10 skills but I am going for him anyway :)
He is great when you want ot blow down a boss you dont like. He excels at single turn burst dg. With a BBA or NP- B -B brave chain and all skills active, all beserker/caster bosses and some of the quishier bosses wil not stand up to the crushing power he can bring in one turn. However, drake is a much better servant at wave clearing due to her great skills, and ozymadies is just good at almost everything.
verdict: wait for ozy(2 months?) unless you really want iskandar

If a 3* who can solo the final boss isn't worthy enough, I'm sorry, I can't help you there.
Well, that aside, Iskandar is good, but he will be overshadowed by other riders pretty soon. Ozy, Quetz, Maid Artoria, Rider Kintoki, Summer Mordred, Ivan The Terrible, honestly, he couldn't really compare to all of them, even Ushi is better DPS in general, but, if you like him, go ahead and roll for him, riders are always good, especially those who have burst damage kit like Broskandar. His NP gain is problematic though, but if you want to get Merlin later, the problem is pretty much nonexistent.
