King Hassan is more or less unique for his class. Ishtar is outclassed by Gilgamesh in almost every way, and even Tesla is arguably better.

It depends on what you have, and need.

Has a powerful AOE Archer? Skip Ishtar.

Has a powerfull St Assassin? Skip King Hassan.

Has both, save 4 Musashi in October, or a new Merlin rate up in september.

Has neither? Decide what is most necessary. But Gilgamesh has rate up in April, he's better than Ishtar as AOE Buster...

I got Ishtar yesterday and I have to say she speeds up my farming by quite a bit.
