Improvements for farming

It almost time for farming of the pillars. I would like the community help in making my farming team a bit better for the event. I was think of running:

lvl 90 np2 Jalter with maxed skills with a bond lvl of 8 (with broken kaleido)
lvl 80 Martha with a lvl 6 oath of the maiden with bond 6 (not using her to attack)
Hopely I get a max out skilled Merlin from my friends

I will also use the Blonde Mystic code to futher improve Jalter attack

What can I improve on?
