Ignore Invincibility and Evasion the same?

I was fighting Raikou and she used Evasion

I was able to hit her with Ozymandias equipped with the event CE, which ignores invincibility but not evasion.
Later I tested with Lion King (NP has Ignore Invincibility) and was also able to hit her through evasion.

Is this a bug? Or does evasion count as invincibility?

Hard defense in this game is often called Invincibility and Evasion and the basic is defense up and the other damage reduce mechanics is damage cut and NP strength down and Atk down and all cards down ( Buster, Art, Quick down ) and also Crit damage down.

Pierce Evasion or Ignore Evasion or apply sure hit will bypass any kinds of Evasion but won't bypass def up and Invincibility
Pierce Invincibility or Ignore Invincibility will bypass all kinds of hard defense except def up.
