Idk what banner to roll on???

Best banner is tama lancer since archer saber is good but we will get kuro/chloe who is an single target np spam archer for free in the event after summer.

Why not both? All teams could use more plot in this grand order

*Specific servant for day banner (different specific servant per day banner ex. Mon-Saber only Tue- Archer Only)

*Cosplayer Banner (Halloween event)
*etc etc..

Well, if ur F2p that would hurt a lot cause it will take a long while to gather large amount of Sq. I currently have 389 or 388 sq. I would have reached 400 sq had they given us 30 saint quartz for their livestream.

NA server is unfriendly for F2p.

Judging by your setup, I would wait for the 2nd banner.

All other 4*s in the first banner are quite mediocre. If your team has to have them, then roll the supports/servants you need from this banner.

Banner 1:

Tamamo (Lancer) - Absolutely amazing lancer 10/10; however, Li is already a top-tier lancer (just falling short of Tammy in ATK by 100 if fully fou'd). I would roll Tamamo if you need a supp-lancer to compliment your Kintoki/Li due to her male only star-gen buff, or if you need an additional solo-target lancer in your team. She also works well with Medb for stunlocking males for some ridiculous boss deletion capability.

Mordred (Rider) - You have Ozy and wayy too many riders as you said

Marie (Caster) - As opposed to what this site says, Marie's actually not a bad caster whatsoever. Helena offers better buffs overall and an amazing debuff set on her NP which makes her useful for tough fights and farming, but Marie (caster) definitely dishes out more damage and can survive a bit longer (3 hit invincibility). I'd roll for her if you need a tanky, decent damage dealing caster (seeing that you only have 1 caster listed, she doesn't seem like a bad option). Works well w/ Jeanne, Rama, Herc, and Raikou thanks to survivability skillset working well on high sustain-servants/stall teams (that you have) and Kintoki thanks to her male only star-gen buff.

Anne/Mary (archer) - Carbon copy of their counterpart but more team oriented. A pretty alright archer but if you plan on rolling banner 2, (which I would 90% recommend) this option would be useless since Squirtoria would replace them.

Kiyolancer - She's the only reason I'll be pouring SQ into this banner instead of banner 2. Oh... Recommended for you? Erm, well, yes and no actually. If you've owned/used my favorite dragon loli before (The berserker flavor), you'd know her skillset pretty well; it's just plastered onto kiyolancer's kit. She works best in buster (thanks to her deck) and crit comps (again, thanks to her deck) meaning if you have your Raikou and Carmilla generating stars for her, she'll do more damage than tide pods do after being ingested by a prepubescent teen.

Banner 2:

Squirtoria: You don't seem to have any dedicated archers. Squirtoria can fix that easily. Her burst capability is superb thanks to her NP recharge rate. Her skillset is almost comparable to Waver's in the sense that her skills slap ATK and DEF buffs all over your party. She has a balanced deck [QQAAB] and can work in arts/arts stall, and crit teams. You can fit her in your NP spam comp (Squirtoria, Ozy, Helena) meaning you can blow things up before they can make an impact on your party.

Lewd Martha: I'm not sure if you were referring to Jeanne Alter or Ruler Jeanne, but Martha is a staple point to all buster stall teams when paired with either. She's tanky AND can deal damage. She can supp a herc with buster chains while they both survive 26 turns together.
Jeanne (Ruler) + Lewd Martha + Herc = a great sustaining buster comp. Jeanne (Alter) + Lewd Martha + Herc = a great sustaining buster comp.
Jeanne (whichever) + Martha + Rama = a great sustaining buster comp.
Jeanne (whichever) + Martha + Mom = a great sustaining buster comp.
Lewd Martha by herself... = a great sustaining buster comp

Personally, I'm rolling for the first banner just to sang my waifu, but in accordance with your comps, I would recommend you to roll the 2nd banner. By the time Merlin comes out (A servant I 200% recommend rolling if you plan of clearing VERY difficult quests next year), you should have enough SQ to chuck at him by the end of this year.
