Eventually yes. You've completed Camelot so there isn't any hurry. Hans and mash are better overall supports. Helena's pretty good as an offensive support that can AOE assassins

Helena has decent support skills (Team NP charge and Team arts/quick/buster up) but has a mediocre AoE NP. She's very middle-of-the-pack and rightfully so. Her biggest drawback is that while her support abilities are good, they have massive cooldowns and Helena effectively becomes dead weight once they've all been used.

Also yes, please level Mash. That's painful to see.

1: Oof, that Mash. Such wasted potential.

2: Don't let the naysayers get you down. Helena works great as an offensive support with characters who have subpar NP gain and strong NPs. She'd work well alongside Altera or Lancer Tamamo, since she has a mini-Projection for her whole party in her kit. Also works well with Berserkers to help get their NP gauges up. Her NP also helps your team's overall damage in longer fights with a Defense debuff that scales with Overcharge.

In my opinion, Helena is a support that is on par with Andersen because she's good in more compositions than crit-based teams. She's better to help farming teams or quick-clear teams, but her long cooldowns are really evident during boss fights. Doesn't make her bad, just someone who you have to manage better than throwing all her skills out on turn 1.

I know she's considered worse than Andersen in most situations, but I use her way more than him, and I have thoroughly enjoyed her contributions.
