Is Howling at the Moon really available in the FP gacha?
Have you guys actually gotten any Howling at the Moon CEs via friend points? I'm sure that I've done at least a thousand FP summons during this event, and I've gotten tons of 3* CEs with them, but none of them were Howling at the Moon, so I'm starting to worry that it's bugged or something. I've gotten two via the regular gacha, but none with FP.
Basically, I'm trying to decide if I should keep trying for them, or if I should just save my remaining FP for the next event.

It is available, but I've only gotten 1 copy. And about whether you should save friend points or not, just think about whether or not you want to get any of the bronze medal items from the shop, or clear it.

Thanks. I do want some bronze medal stuff. But if nobody else was getting the CE either, then I figured that it'd be a waste to keep trying for it. I guess it's just my own bad luck though, so I'll keep rolling.

Took me like a 100k too before it started to appear for me, it's annoyingly rare for a 3* CE, I even got more copies of various 3* servants to NP5 before I even got my 1st copy of it.

Ive used probably over 130k FP and only gotten a single copy, hell I even got Angra in the process, cant believe how unlucky I am with this CE

Lol congratz getting him, it seems pretty hard to get this event CE from FP gacha.
Until now i even not getting last copy of Joint Recital, can't count how many time i've tried to search this CE.

I think that maybe this CE actually has a lower rate than normal event FP CEs. This is only my third event, so I don't have a huge sample size, but I had no problems getting multiple pudding CEs during Prisma Codes, and multiple lumber CEs during Summer, just by using the free 10 FP roll each day, and whatever random FP I managed to get during the events.
This is the first event that I actually saved up FP for before hand, and also gained tons of FP during, yet I've gotten zero of the CEs through FP rolls.
I'm kinda leaning toward the thought that they severely reduced the rate of this CE, to compensate for the huge amount of FP that we all got during this event. So maybe it would be wise for me to just save the rest of my lottery FP for future events, where it doesn't seem like the dice are so weighted.
