It says "Avaible summon lineup may change depending on story progress" on the bottom of summon info page, so it seems Gamepress is right

How to tell if I can summon a unit from story summon?
How can I tell if I can summon a servant from the story summon? When I go here (gamepress) it says I need to complete the chapter/story arc with characters in it, while the in-game summon info says they are naturally in the summon? Which one do I refer to?
