They don't. That's why the NA localisation team has been talking about taking away our Clairvoyance EX specifically so we don't have this advantage.

How JP players save Quartzs ?
I mean in NA server, we have an advantage of being able to see through upcoming banners but how about in JP server ? For example, if some people were interested in King Hasan but they didn’t know his banner was right after Merlin, Mushashi banners and got tempted, so how could they save for him ?

And considering I read that FGO made about $1.1 billion dollars this year (and I think that was just JP), they must buy a lot of it :)
