I think they are infrequent enough that you would run out of storage space to save up everything. You can always save a stash in the archive, but I would still continue to use them.

How frequent are Super/Great Success Rate Up events?
There was one for the 4 million download event, but do these come along often? I.e., should I save up my exp cards and trash CEs for these events, or spend as I get them and consider these events a nice bonus?
