How do I save SQ?

As a person with low patience and as a F2P I can't stop myself from spending all my SQ and Exchange tickets

I leave them in my gift box when i don't want to spend them, i'd say it helps a little bit

Don't roll the gacha. Is not that hard tbh.

Yeah i do that too xD, i seem to have more luck rolling on multiple banners got like 3 SSRs just in a span of a month, but in the end its still gacha people's luck will vary, it's not necessary to save unless you really really want someone.

Rolling the Gacha’s is the fun of the game. You shouldn’t feel bad using your quartz! No one character in the game is needed to win so I think you should always roll for the servants you like. Cause nothing is worse than hoarding all you have thinking you’re gonna get that one servant...and then nothing! That can make you want to stop playing the game! That’s why I prefer to spread them out and just try to save some for upcoming favorites

Just read your name whenever you want to roll.

In my opinion just distract yourself with work that way you will less likely to play the game so often in a day and go to the gacha hell. Find something to do instead of playing FGO all day and you will be fine.

Roll the FP Gacha each time you feel the urge. Who knows, maybe you'll roll Angra Mainyu.

It's all about self discipline.
For more specific advice, try to look at future banners and look for any future servants that you really want. Having an actual goal to work towards will help in motivating you to save.
I managed to save for 5 months straight just for Musashi so I'm sure you can do it too.

Don't collect your SQ fragments and try to stay out of the summon tab. Also, it might help not to look at the number of SQ you have.
