It was an event a while ago so they're unavailable atm I *think* they'll be in the rare prisim shop eventually if you really want one.

How do I get one of the portrait CEs?
Those look good and also increase the bond by +50 but I don't see them anywhere nither in the banners nor in the shop?

They were given on an event that is no longer obtainable. It will be available for purchase using rare prisms once the shop opens.

A similar craft essence, chaldea lunchtime, will be available in the mana prism shop for sale very soon. It increases bond points by 10% if you buy all 5 copies.

i know but on calculation i figured out that on getting 10% extra bond we will generally get 100 bond points extra at max for a given servant but if i have tow heroic portrait i will get the same without max limit breaking ie spending 5000 mana prisms.

Not sure you could get more than one at all.. The +50 bond points already correspond to a max limit broken CE.
