Since 28th June, i already rerolling (like hell!) to get Herc (Actually i also wants a 4* banner servant, but, gacha is hell anyway (: ).
So i decided to limit it until today, and i got 2 accounts with Herc (actually there are bunch of 3 4* guaranteed servant, but, its only lots of steno and some sumanai)
I"ll be using my first one ( coz it has NP2 Herc, Jing Ke, Jekyll( my favourite btw) and CE Antumbra and Verdant)
This morning, i caught a glimpse of a Demonic Kiara CE (Pretty cool anyway^.^), but i was confused, does it buff NP3 servant (assuming it gained 3 NP chain) and goes to 500% or else?
Wanna try jekyll with that CE and lets see if its able to get 500% and spanking those rider enemies hehehe

Your use of words is quite... perplexing.
To answer your question, yes, Demonic Bodhisattva gives out 2 stages of overcharge on top of a starting 50% NP charge. That means IF you did an NP chain of your 3 servants with the 300% NP servant at the last of the chain, it is possible to get the 500% NP charge.
