There isn't any game function that allows upgrading a servant's rarity, if that's what you're asking. For "Ascension", that only increases the max level they can be.

How to ascend 3* to 4* and so forth?
Just asking for some quick advice on when to as far as their levels and the necessary materials. Heracles for example is at lvl 21 so trying to figure out when is the right time for him and others. Obviously a beginner with this process so try leveling with me.
