It's 5 star mlb if you can get the 5th copy and has decent effect but in the end it depends on your team, this ce is pretty good for ushi or kintoki rider, if you don't have any decent ce for them then go for it

As an addendum to toonmilo's question, what's the best number of golden apples where you should stop and save for future events? At least with the next Christmas event, you'll still have the opportunity next year to get the extra copies you need for MLB, so I know I won't have to use too many apples for that one. My first event was the Onigashima Island, really regret not starting earlier.

EDIT: WHOOPS, just got my 5th copy to drop at last! After using up 20 Goldens and half a dozen Silvers. Yay. Still got 30+ Gold and Silvers each, so that's great as well. Well, my question still applies and would be useful to know how many fruits it's safe to have in preparation for times like these where you have to try really hard to get the last copy of a card.

If you like to use Anne Bonny & Mary Read (Rider), Kintoki (Rider), Ushiwakamaru, or any other quick-based Rider that I might be failing to remember, then it's a pretty nice CE. But for most other purposes, it's not your best choice.

If you like one of the aforementioned riders, or if you have a shortage of quick CEs, then it's not bad to try to farm for it a bit more. And depending on your servants and CEs, you can get over 900k QP worth of trade-ins from each run of the 40AP node, so even if you already cleared the shop, you won't come away empty-handed.
