For SQ just do the free quest for them. You always get sq with login rewards on certain days.

Those can be some tough fights without the right assassins for sure. I was in that boat for a long time as I only had 3* assassins. And really, most of the 4*s aren’t that great. Now that I have Cleo, Shuten and Jack those nodes were much easier. I have Jack and Cleo on my support list if you need help. Anyway, low star (1-3) assassins are not quite recommended in this stage due their their overall "low attack status". Some servants like Regend, Hassan curse arm looked have great skill-np combo but they are hardly worked except grailed, otherwise still not good to kill.

I suggest u
(1) when not facing AOE dragon or rider, throw berserkers+taunt unit
(2) When facing AOE dragon or rider, then borrow a SSR assassin and pair with other servants with team-wide deference buff skill.
(3) sometimes star utilization is quite important. Like equip with Star-absorption CE to ur SR assassins. Otherwise although assassins are famous for star generation, but still conflict each other for critical damage.
