Next Year is the year of reruns and you-don't-have-time-to-save-quartz year. Onigashima and Rashomon both get reruns so Raikou's up there.

Help me decide who to roll for V2
It was a sunny day. I wake up sun shining and Im saving quartz for musashi on new year. Already asked a question similar to this previously before on rolling for musashi or merlin. Didnt want to do both as that would mess with my chances to get one or the other.
Lo and behold DW pulls this on me. Dropping a raikou banner on us. Personal dilema. Im still salty from not getting her from onigashima. 360 quartz to be exact with a bunch of tickets sprinkled on top. Only got 4 stars too and MLB all the event CEs.
What im getting at is does raikou come back with a decent banner next year? And is that near to the summer banners?

She's also in Shimosa 2nd (I think is the second...) Shimosa banner, who is in more or less around October.
