What I do is buy the prepaid cards (itunes), in apple.com you can buy them (I have already did it) and add that funds to your account.

I am from Vietnam. I have been playing as an F2P player since the beginning of this year, however I am planning to spend some money on quartz to get a certain servant I love. The problem is that my phone is running on iOS and the App Store in NA doesn't allow purchases with Vietnam credit card.
My question is whether CH play allows purchasing saint quartz with credit card in Vietnam. If not, is there any solution for my case.

i've always hooked my paypal up to the google play store for when i switched to android. so try using a paypal account if that's a viable option.

I’m kinda confused the title says help with Android but you say you’re running IOS? Anyway the sure fire way is buying iTunes cards and buying them that way. You might or might not know this but as soon as you install FGO you don’t have to keep you’re US account open in the App Store you can change to your county and the saint quartz can be bought with your currency.
