Hi guys. Here is the thing. I live in México and I downloaded the app using APK pure. When i did the last update to the game, qhen installing i receive a message from Google play (something about protection) and accidentally clicked on yes. After it when i open the game, this is all I can see and it won't load. Do you know what should i do?

Did you try to fully uninstall [by fully I mean uninstalling with cleaning all leftover files with use of app like CCleaner] and reinstall the game?
And uninstalling then downloading it with use of Qoo app?
If I were you and both of this methods failed I'd go for formatting the device

I'l give it a try, thanks. Tbh i do not want to lose my data. If that does not work. Do you know which one is the email to rexover the account (in case my bind code did not work)

"Antention" the more you give information the better, try give info like i grail 6 of my servant, i skill up arthur untill 10-10-10.
-try once a day
-they send me email after 6 hour
