Hearts for Jalter
Will any of the next couple of events have heart of the foreign god available? I need a bunch of them to raise jalter's skills to 9 so I would like to know if I should start farming for them now or just wait.

I posted a thingo on reddit a while back that shows materials we'll get from event shop, mission rewards, etc. from this year until end of next year.
To answer your question specifically, these events in the "near" future will give us hearts:
- 10x from Halloween 2018
- 10x from Christmas 2018
- 13x from Moon Goddess (Rerun)
- 10x from Fate/GUDAGUDA (Rerun)
