Heart of the Foreign god
So I have a few servants that require a heart of the foreign god to ascend but I can't seem to find any way to obtain it. It says on its page that you can get it from caster training grounds but...that has a 640 apd so not very likely. Is there an easier way to get it?
(I am f2p so can't do interludes for SR or SSR servants)

No, outside of events, expert caster training grounds are you best and only chance for farming hearts of the foreign god. It's awful, I know. Always try to buy them from event shops when they're available because a lot of servants need them.

There is a Solomon event~story coming at the end of the year that has a raid boss that drops them. (he'll die in like 30 minutes lol)
