Has anyone lost their Servants recently? (SOLVED)

I found out about this when I went to Enhance my Servants and find out that my NP5 Arash disappeared from my main inventory. It couldn't be from accident burn because I set my filter to 'EXP' and 'Not Selected' for the past week (which I still have him earlier this week)

The only thing of note that happened this week was when I seemed to overcapped my main inventory space to 301/300. After which I hurriedly burn the excess 3* exp cards. I didn't check if my Arash was still there back then though.

Does your items automatically get delete after you overcapped your inventory? Could that be the reason?

Update: The issue has been solved, Customer Support had provided me the time and date when the Servant had been burned. Most likely what happened was when I burn the excess Arash I got after 50,000 FP mass summons my NP5 Arash got caught in it (as it was before I set my filter back to EXP only)

I’ve never heard of that happening and it hasn’t done that to me. Whenever I end up over cap it just won’t let you do any summons or team management till you clear the space. Did he end up in your second inventory by chance?

Sadly no. I have never use Second Archive until today, after my Arash disappeared. I thought he might got automatically delete to make space because of the overcapped inventory, but it seems that was not the case.

I suppose I'll have to hope to get him through FP summons again, a shame that this happened after 50,000 FP login reward too.

Did you try clearing your cache?

Yes, and even tried reinstalling the game but he's still gone. Hopefully this won't happen again to a higher * Servant. I doubt it'll be easy to get those back.

Do you make sure to Lock all of your servants? If not, accidentally burning him seems like the most likely of explanations.

It's very unlikely that going over the cap did anything. That's something that players routinely do, and I've never heard of anyone reporting missing servants as a result.

Before he disappeared, no. I haven't lock my Servant. But it seems unlikely, as I had my filter on just only EXP and I always double check before I burn just in case.

I have already contacted Customer Support and filled out the form needed to report my problem. Hopefully something will come out of it.

Lock the first copy of every servant you receive. Always. No exceptions.

The combination of not having your servants locked, and you feeling rushed to burn cards when you went over the cap feels like an easy way this could happen.

Honestly, I'd chalk this up to a learning experience where you got off cheap, as opposed to accidentally burning a gold servant or an NP5 3*.

I suppose so. At least this forced me to learn how to use Lock and Second Archive function. A bit sad that this happened to Arash though, instead the ones with NP1.

I accidentally burned all of my copies of eric bloodaxe a long time ago. maybe something like that.

It happened to me once, i leveled one of my mozzart skills to level 9 for farming on Christmas event, only thing is that i didn't notice it was the copy of the servant that was not locked, and when i was burning the garbage from FP pulls i burned the copy that had the skill leveled up.
A few weeks later i pulled Waver and Merlin from the gacha and those wasted pages will forever be missed. :(
