Hans questions

2. I think this is enough, my own is 4/6/4 and is doing pretty well. But of course higher = better
3. Personally I'd say Hans + Chloe but due to their arts chain synergy (QQAAB + QAAAB and duo Arts NP), Hans' NP that makes him Merlin Lite ver and crit fiesta (Hans' 1st&3rd skill + Chloe 1st skill + Chloe 3rd skill that boost her natural high crit star generation) they can be pretty deadly duo

Overall go for something that:
- boosts defense (aganist male enemies you can go for Holy Shroud of Magdalene, it works even better than Iron-Willed Training)
- boosts healing
- boosts NP gain
- generates crit stars (Fragment of 2030, I guess you don't have a A Fox Night's Dream)
5. Aganist single target NP I can say yes, but in my opinion this isn't best party setup. Mash cannot handle protecting two dmg dealers, especially not maxed Mash
Go for Mash + Hans + Chloe
Mash + Tamamo + Chloe
Hans + Tamamo + Chloe
Mash/Hans + Waver + Chloe

While I've only gotten 2 5* servants so far (and only use one of them--Jack), I've been lucky to get 3 Volumen Hydragyrums which give you a 3 hit invulnerability. IMHO, this is a great CE to use on Hans. Of course, it all depends on RNG, but I often get into the 2nd battle round before he even takes damage (and even the 3rd, sometimes). In any case, I just about never have to pop his NP because it's his health that's low, and he almost never dies unless it's a long fight or there's tons of AoE.

This is also a great CE for Georgios, since he then can then tank the first round of his taunt w/o taking any damage (unless there's an invulnerability pierce, which is somewhat rare). I also sometimes use it on either Mash or Cu (3 hit invulnerability + 3 hit evade--I sometimes can't even use his evade again when it comes off of CD because he hasn't used them all up yet...)
