They drop the same items and quantities as the standard enemies in the quest, you just have more of them per quest. So if you have enough ce for 100% spawn up, you get double the enemies for double the drops.

Halloween CE Enemy Appearance Rate increase
I was just wondering, what will happen if I clear quests when enemies using the CE have spawned. Do the spawned enemies give more event currencies (if yes by how much) or if they drop rare materials. Thank you for those who will answer
