From a gameplay perspective, you wanna grail servants who will really make use of the extra stats. Since nearly all of Hans' strength comes from his skills and np, which aren't affected by his stats, I'd say leave him be unless you really like him.

Grailing Hans is mainly for increasing his HP so he can stay alive longer. Roughly ~100 per level. If you use him a lot and find him die often, it is probably worth the grails. Otherwise, there are better options.

I use Hans a lot myself, and I wouldn't spend a grail to get about 500 HP. That's a rather negligible amount in content where it matters--and thus where they enemy is hitting for a couple thousand at least. The odds that 500 HP makes a 1 hit difference (and it would only be a 1 hit difference), is probably less than 50%, and more likely 25% or less. Spending a limited grail for this reason just doesn't seem to make sense.

I wouldn't waste the grail since those are pretty limited.

as someone who use hans all the time (you know i lack all high level support... no i lack all support but hans) i would say dont grail him.
whit the amount of hp ha have and how much he gain per level, if he have to die (even if you grail him to 90) he is still going to die anyway.
the best thing you can do is pairing him up whit some support with defence skill or meaby with mash.

Who knows that one of these days, you get Employee of the Month Waver. There goes the grails used on Hans who will only be used just because you want to or he has event bonuses lol.

Just leave him at 65. By the time he goes down, he already did his job most of the time.

Either bump him to 85/90 for the extra bulk so he's less frail like a toddler that he is, or don't bother.

A single grail is not going to help 2* servant all that much.
