I want to make him more immortal than he already is but idk if it's worth it. I only have 6 Grails and I was wondering if I should wait for better Servants.

"better servants"... you think there are servants that are better than Cu?

That question is only half joking. Cu is amazing and will always be amazing (just youtube search "cu solo" and watch him single-handedly beat some tough bosses). Furthermore lower rarity servants benefit more from each grail (until they reach lvl 90) than 5*s so he's a good investment.

BUT! Grails should be used on your favorite servants since this game isn't hard enough to force you to use the "best" servants and you can clear everything with your favorites. If you like Cu a lot you can grail him and it will make him even better, but if not I'd save them for someone you like more.

Grailing should be reserved for who you really want to grail, in my opinion.

The game is perfectly clearable without having to heavily invest or whale for the units at the top of the tier list, and there's a great variety of servants suited for various jobs as you roll along in the story, meaning that you won't necessarily have to grail the highest tier servants to get by.

Personally I grailed Cu to LV80 since I love his character design and to get the shiny gold border. It's all up to you.

Is there a servant you really like aside from him? Remember that lower rarity servants, like 2 and 3 stars, benefit the more from grailing. Anyone you're saving for since they're your favorite? Grails are very valuable and rare, so use them wisely.

Grailing your servants is an act of love above all else. Grail who you love not who would benefit(personally I grailed my Cu Alter to lvl 100 just because he is best dog and have no regrets, I’m debating between David, Kid Gil, and Angra for my remaining grails). It’s about who you want to continue with you on your journey as a master so don’t think too hard into it, follow your heart.

Gameplay wise, if you want Cu to be your main lancer, by all means, grail him. He is not the strongest 3* for nothing. Grail him to lv 90 and max his skills, he can solo pretty much every archer bosses in the game. Grail him to lv 100, he can solo a lot of neutral bosses including the last boss of the final singularity. Grail him to 100 AND max fou him, he can solo even 200~400k ish saber bosses.

The only servants who benefits from grails are either Cu, Kojiro or Inshun, the rest of the servants honestly doesn't need any grails to be good. I showed you what can Cu do when grailed, Kojiro will benefit from the stats and he can become a more consistent DPS with grails, Inshun (which we will get way way later in Shimousa), with grails, he can solo nuke way way harder than any 5* servants can do by themselves.

Of course, grails are for love, so, it's better to grail your favourites, or grail for memes ;)
If you ask me, I'm grailing Mephisto because he got the same VA as Dio and his laugh is addicting for some reason

For me it was really worth it. My cu is lv 100 in both NA and JP and he's been helping a lot in the events (I only have one 5* so my team isn't always in perfect synchronization). If you want to grail him for male waifu interest do it. If you want to grail for gameplay also do it. but you should primarily use your grail in your favorite servant.
