Got charged twice and didn't recieve quartz.

My debit card (which had enough balance) got declined twice when I attempted to buy quartz, but I recieved text messages a couple of minutes afterwards saying that I was charged. I still haven't recieved the quartz I got charged for and I would like to get refunded for the extra charge.

* I tried logging back into the app several times and the result's still the same.
* I'm from a non-NA (or other supported regions).
* I play on android.
* I've bought quartz before using the same card.

If you have been in a similar situation please advice me on how to resolve this issue. I was told to contact the devs, what information should I provide? In case they discover that I'm not a player from one of their supported regions would they refuse to help me?

I have been in your shoes once first try to contact aniplex at the official fate go na website, it depends what they do from there for me they kept insisting I got the quartz so I contacted apple who were more than great at resolving it but I realized I had used PayPal so I just refunded it through them since the banner was ending in a couple days and I wanted to make sure I would get a refund.

Ok simpler down here ok first things first there’s no easy way to resolve this you’re gonna have to contact support at https://fate-go.us/sp/ by clicking contact us and try and provide the story about what happened, after that wait for a response and reply if they ask questions, if for some reason they refuse to make a refund then you contact apple through your recipient and tell me you already conctacted aniplex, they refused to refund you or add the quartz, and then fill out information about the problem, if you couldnt resolve it with apple now it’s time to get in touch with the bank or even easier if you used PayPal just issue a refund through them be warned apple with probably ban your PayPal account like they did to mine but you will get a refund.

I sent a message to support yesterday but haven't heard back yet. Not even their automated response from zendesk.

I dunno what kinda fuckery is happening but I got a message from the bank this morning saying I was re-imbursed for one of the purchases but it hadn't reflected on my balance. Then a few moments later, I got charged for yet another purchase lowering my balance even further.

I'll wait a bit longer and contact Google about this and if that doesn't bear fruit, talk to the bank.
