So... With rashoumon event coming up, i wanna know if my servant good enough to fight 6M banana oni here's my comp so far.
Jalter(6/9/10) lvl 100
EMIYA assassin(4/3/6) lvl 75
Shakespeare's(1/1/-) lvl 25
Hans(1/1/-) lvl 35
Leonidas(1/1/-) lvl 25
And any advices for my team comp? I appreciate any advice thanks

Jalter will be really good since Ibaraki is a berserker (Avengers deal 2x damage to berserkers, coupled with Jalters focused single target skillset and NP).
Pair her up with Hans for crit stars and buffs, along with a friend Waver and you should be set.
Hans is good but your current Hans needs his skill leveled for him to shine. Also at least max his HP for better survivability. If you want to pair Jalter with Waver and Hans, you may also want to max her first skill because most of her damage will be on her crits.
My jalter almost 6/10/10 just need qp around 14 million and my current max ap 129,i got 1 million from just one run on treasure vault daily quest. Should i focus on this or start to lvl up hans and his skills now before the event?
If you are planning to max Jalter's skill, 14 million is not enough. Check your materials if it is enough either for Jalter or Hans for levelling skill and max those. If it happens that you have enough materials for Hans, level him.
