I'd say it kind of depends. I'd try to give a Buster servant the opposite effect to one they can already buff. For example, Aerial Drive would be better for Heracles as it would stack multiplicatively with his Valor skill.
Santa Alter I think would rather have Golden Sumo as she already has Mana Burst so the attack bonus would stack multiplicatively with that. In a vacuum, Aerial Drive can stack with itself the same way so if you aren't buffing or supporting, I'd go with that.
So yeah, tl;dr: it depends on what buff(s) your servant uses already, if any. At least as I understand the buff system.
