Kuro NP5 does more damage than Archuria NP1 but archuria has better stats so her normal attacks will deal more. You need NP2 with archuria to do more damage than NP5 Kuro

Remember how Archuria is an Arts NP spammer? Remember how Archuria could NP every single turn while Kuro couldn't both with supports? Remember the NP drain on her NP? Yes of course Kuro is nice. My vote is Archuria though. She'll save your ass many, many times. I guarantee it. Squirt gun though and her weird blitz jokes XD
