Did someone make an unauthorized transaction on *your* Google Play account on *their* FGO account? or did they make an unauthorized transaction on *your* FGO account?
If it's the first, I would think the risk is low (Google is going to report to DW that there's fraud going on with FGO account XXX, which isn't yours). The worst-case scenario would be perhaps having difficulty using that particular Google Play account to make future FGO purchases, if it's flagged as potentially fraudulent.
If it's the second, and, e.g., you loaned your phone to someone else who played your FGO account and used your money to buy SQ for your FGO account, and then wasted it... then you're fucked.
There's no way for DW to distinguish between the second case and you just having morning-after regrets. I haven't heard of this situation in FGO specifically, but in other mobages, reporting that there was fraud going on in your account to get your money back means an automatic ban of your account.
If it's the second scenario, then the only way you can be non-fucked would be to contact DW and get the refund from them (which probably won't happen, but might be worth a try), as getting the refund from the middleman is going to come across as you trying to fuck over DW, which isn't likely to end well.
