Login daily and master mission could give you few sq. with master mission you could get 1 or 2 sq every weeks if you complete them all. there's also servant bond level.
Well, honestly, just try to login as often as possible, also plan ahead and try to save sq for the servant you reeeeaaaallllllllyyyyyyyy wanted, so you wouldn't find yourself short on sq when trying to summon your waifu/husbando.
Like RemnantMemory said. Also, most interludes (not all of them tho) give you SQ so it's a win-win situation when you strengthen skills and NPs of your servants and get SQ.
Login bonus every 50 days of uninterrupted streak is 20 SQ. Also, apologems after maintenance and gifts when there's a campaign. I guess DW will give us SQ as a new year gift. And when there's an official survey, you get SQ after you answer its questions.
