Long story short I failed to get jeanne during the current rate up and don't really want to spend anymore now since I'm also saving for Jalter. When will og Jeanne get another rate up or will this be my best chance for quite a while?
While nothing is guaranteed, she should have another rate-up in about a year from now, after the next Summer event. She may also be somewhat available from another guaranteed 5-star "pick your class" event. Either way, this is the best chance for awhile.
the guaranteed "lucky bag summon" around new year 2019 gives you a 50% chance of summoning Jeanne (just one try though and no free quartz)
