Friend with Medb for Testament? (Update: Thanks!)
I've struggled a lot with the casters so far in this event and am looking for a friend with a high level Medb to fight Testament with. My user ID is 094,152,533. Thanks in advance!

Medb gets an extra damage bonus for being an event-relevant servant (50% or 100% I believe) and is single target, so even using Buster cards she deals more damage.

50% art down of boss < 50% "attack up". And also 100% art up=NP gain up.
Off course, buster can always the hardness hit, sure.If we can 1 round burst damage, it is perfect.
My Lv61 4/4/4 Surfer Mor can even solo Testament. And I almost soloed every boss fight in this event, like Artoria vs Blackbeard and Diarmuid, Tamamo vs Pahntom even though Tamamo dont have offensive NP. The key is only for MLB Sapphire and Ruby. Kuro and Archuria can do the same things, even they don't have class advantage.

I could be wrong, but I think that Chloe will hit her harder, or about the same. Testament has a 50% (I think) weakness against arts, plus Chloe gets a 100% damage bonus. Medb gets a 50% damage bonus plus a 100% class advantage bonus. So they wind up with the same damage bonuses, basically. A buster NP will hit harder inherently, but your Chloe should be NP4 by now, or you can borrow a NP5 Chloe. I doubt you're going to find any NP5 Medbs to borrow, so it should balance out.
The difference is that Chloe can easily charge her NP during the first wave of enemies, so she can use it as soon as you get to the boss. Then depending on your supports, she can easily have another NP ready within the next turn or two, and then again two turns after that, etc. I doubt that Medb will be able to fire her NP even half as often as Chloe. Plus, during the last phase of the raid, Testament will start off with her NP charged. Chloe's evade comes in handy to avoid that.
