Heracles would synergize a bit better with Altria/Salter than Fran does.
Emiya's a better pick than Arash for more than farming nodes.
Liz is better at contributing to damage totals than Cu.
I think either Herc or Emiya would be your best picks. Cu is actually super good at his job, and you don't usually field him for damage, anyway. Herc is good in so many situations and works well with Buster beaters like Sabers, while Emiya is capable of a lot of support through crit stars and Arts chains. I think Emiya would be the best bang for your buck here, though, if Arash is your primary Archer. Fran's not a terrible zerker, so Herc would really only replace her when you need him to.
