Looks like next event with pages is the "does moon goddess dream of dumplings" rerun. 20 of them.

When the HELL are there going to be more tradable forbidden pages in an event?! It has been months and my Ozy is stuck at 8/8/8 because I can’t advance without about 20 more forbidden pages (I like doing the 3 skills all at once), so I wait. And wait. And wait. And there are still none of them??? I know they appear sometimes with the Caster daily but damn that’s such a bad drop rate, I just don’t know what to do. Any tips for procuring these elusive items??

Go to London and farm Hyde Park for a week or more. There is no getting around this except farming a specific node or waiting through events. I will advise farming QP on 40 AP Dailies since you said Ozy's skills are 8/8/8. Materials are important and all but QP is the MOST important material in the game without it you can't level servants, skills and CE's. I tried farming pages and yes Hyde Park does have a good drop rate (better than the 40 AP Dailies) and through farming I maxed my Tamamo's skills with the ONLY hurdle being QP but is it worth spending AP on a node to level your skills? Where as you can wait and farm a event and just buy the pages in the shop which mind you is more AP efficient. And btw there were events that had nodes with pages with good drop rates did you skip them?
Yea its really annoying that neither of the halloweens had it on at least a node. That seemed to be a great place and it would have been "on theme." I realize these are just carbon copies of the JP events but there's definitely a page drought for a bit here. Might have to resort to farming Hyde Park for the time being.
raise blackbeard(from todays rider exp) and do his interlude to get 10 pages farm the rest from london.I did the same for nursery rhyme.
