No they're not the ones who did Fate/Apocrypha, and the other question, dunno...

They made Darling in the Franxx and Persona 5: The Animation.

IMO, their animation is decent, but it all comes down to the direction of the show, mainly the music and plot that makes a show shine.

Since Babylon is very heavy story and introduced some of the best OSTs the game has to offer, I'm hoping that they at least do a decent job, unlike the actual Fate/Grand Order movie that we got.
