1- I'd say is every banner is cursed, in the way that if you REALLY want a servant, chances are that you aren't getting it. Most people who got Jalter either didn't really want her or weren't even trying. Or course, there were also people who threw in money like crazy for her, but even then there were still people who didn't get her. In the end, it's all a matter of luck and how you handle it.
2- I'll use myself as an example to answer your question. I am a F2P player (which means I don't spend money). I've spent the entire week farming quartz for Jalter. I would spend all my AP doing free quests, story quests, random interludes of characters I don't even use, and so on. Then, I'd wait for the AP to replenish and start again. I did this every day, throwing everything I got into the banner in hopes of getting Jalter. Today, I used my last ticket and the last quartz I could obtain quest-wise, to no avail. Over 80 quartz and 20 tickets, and she never came.
Now you ask me: Did I get sad? Yes. Disappointed? Absolutely. Angry? Not really. Because in the end, I am aware it's just a game, and a cruel one at that. Every FGO player eventually finds out how heinous the gacha can be, and I'm no exception. So why lose my mind over it? I knew what I was getting myself into. I did my best, and even if it didn't bring the results I wanted, it's still something to be proud of. I didn't leave empty-handed: Martha, Liz, and some 5* CEs spooked me. Last banner gave me NP2 Cat and OG Jeanne instead of Tamamo. In other words, my efforts weren't in vain, and instead of getting angry at the things I didn't get, I'd rather smile and appreciate the things I got.
TL;DR, you can't let this game get the best of you. There will be times where you will get angry, but there will also be times you'll be happy. It's all a matter of looking forward to those pulls and enjoying yourself. Games are meant to be fun, not some daily stress over some fictional characters. If you ever get salty, just breathe. You'll get them next time.
3- I've never witnessed account selling, so I wouldn't know a precise price. You do have some nice servants with good levels, so you could definitely get a lot of money for it. Try doing some research, but think hard about whether or not you'd really sell it, because there's no turning back if you ever come to regret it.

To be honest, I'm not really angry, in fact my face looks like this ('_'), the reason why I am depressed is because the next available Jalter summon for F2P is 2 years later (unless I missed something)

3. I'm not really in the business of buying/selling accounts, so I have no idea what the market rate for that would be.
4. If you're going strictly F2P, I would estimate around 40-50 (including a 50 day login bonus) between now and then. Otherwise, it would depend on how much you're willing to break the bank.
5. You're good for the most part. It's completely coherent and nobody's going to have any trouble understanding you. If you want me to get nitpicky, there are only three things I noticed on first glance. First, it would be "the Jalter banner". Second, instead of "much SQs", it should be either "many SQs" or "much SQ". Third, in question 4, you forgot to capitalize "How" and the first "I". But that's all getting extraordinarily nitpicky, and those mistakes would only really matter if you were trying to write an academic paper. For an online forum dedicated to a mobile game such as this, nobody's going to care or notice.
Just gonna contest some of this, specifically in regards to SQ between now and King Hassan. Just by doing all the free and main quests of Babylonia, you'd get 35 SQ. Add to that all the maintenance apoloquartz for every event, and the weekly login rewards and master missions, you'd get over 100. Not sure if that's enough for KH, but that's another matter.
Oh well....i can only hope then...
But then again it doesn't have to be on his release, its a long time before Japan's 11 millions download right? (Or whatever download number it will be changed into on NA)

2. You don't deal with it, you let it consume you for like a day then realise there are more important things to worry about. Real talk tho it usually goes away when you distract yourself with something else.
3. Tbh you'd be better off going on an actual account-selling site and checking listings rather than posting on here. That said, I can give you a rough assessment, but take that with a grain of salt. Most people buy accounts for specific servants. Really meta servants (ie Waver, and Merlin when he comes out) will increase the value of your account by a lot, as will very rare limited servants like Mysterious heroine X or Brynhildr. Not gonna lie, I'm really suprised that guy above said they'd pay $200, personally I'd say my account would be worth more than yours, just by virtue of having more limited SSR servants than you as well as a k-scope and several imaginary elements. Not that I'm trying to brag or anything of course, but even with that I personally reckon I'd be lucky to get any more than $150. That said, it does come down to specific servants, and Tamamo, Cu Alter and Scathach will probably be worth a lot to certain people. It really depends on the buyer more than anything.

5. "How *many* SQs can I save...." is the correct way of saying it. The word "much" denotes continuous quantities. Saint quartz is a discrete quantity that can be measured in whole numbers, so you would use "many".
